Delivery Times & Charges
We use fast and cost effective methods to ensure efficient delivery of your order. We are constantly reviewing our carriers and our delivery rates to insure we can continue to offer the great service that our customers have come to expect.
We will endeavour to deliver the goods ordered by you as soon as reasonably practical to the address given by you at the time that you made the order.
Orders received after 12.30pm, same day despatch can not be guaranteed. A valid signature is required upon delivery. Once your order has been delivered to you and we have received payment in full you will become the owner of the goods. They will be held by you at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Small Order Charge
Please note that there will be a small order charge of £3.00 added to your orders total if the total goods amount in your basket is below £5.00.
For all orders outside of the UK mainland please call 08715 088773 for delivery rates.
For overseas delivery rates please e-mail your provisional order to sales@totalfixings.co.uk, and we will contact you with a full quotation for delivery to your particular country.
Standard Dispatch
Whilst all of our customer orders are important to us, we understand that some customers require their goods quicker than others. The standard dispatch service is a more competitive service that will offer delivery of your goods in approx 48 to 72 Hours.
Priority Dispatch
This service is a premium service, which entitles your order to be dealt with as a priority. It will be picked, packed and dispatched before any other order of a lower status. Once your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered between 24 to 48 hours by our chosen couriers (This is not a guaranteed next day service). |
